following information is for all students who declared their major as BAS-Management
beginning the Fall 2015 semester or later.
The Bachelor of Applied Science in Management is a 120-credit program designed for those transferring to Nevada State College with an accredited AAS degree. This program is designed to provide a solid business core while also allowing students to package a 12-credit upper division focus in an area of their choice. Example areas of emphasis include: Communications, Management, Leadership or Political Science. Students also receive fundamental business writing skills and diverse business knowledge through advanced-standing major courses.

NSC designed the Business Minor to provide professional development for students majoring
in other disciplines who want a solid introduction to business management. By completing
the 18 credit program, business minors develop the knowledge and organizational skills
necessary for effective leadership in their future professions.
The Entrepreneurship Minor is an 18 credit program that is open to all students, regardless
of major. With an emphasis on problem solving, critical thinking and data driven analysis,
students will gain the knowledge, skills and tools needed to start, operate, evaluate
and improve their business ventures.
