Sequence of Courses for Certificate in Horticulture Science

The Certificate is designed so that students attending full time may complete it in one year. Students do not have to enroll in a four-year degree program at NSC to pursue the Horticulture Science Certificate.

 Electives: Students must complete 12 total credits of electives, chosen from the following: BIOL 122, BIOL 340, COM 101 or 102, OH 198, OH 199. OH 198 and 199 are each repeatable up to 6 credits each.

Math placement: The pre-req for MATH 120 is a satisfactory score on the math placement exam or co-enrollment in MATH 96.
