Tuition and Fees for Academic Year 2017-2018

Current tuition and fees effective on 02/22/17.

Mandatory Enrollment Fees

All students must pay mandatory enrollment fees:

Registration Fee $151.75 per credit
Technology Fee $5.50 per credit
Student Success Fee $8.75 per credit
Total of Mandatory Fees $166.00 per credit

Other Enrollment Fees


Distance Education Fee $25.00 per credit
Special Building Fee (Fall and Spring Semester terms only. Applies if enrolled in 4 or more credits.) $150.00 per semester
New Student Fee $20.00
Summer School Registration Fee (summer term only) $3.00 per credit
Differential Fee (All nursing courses. Not applicable to RN to BSN track) $141.75 per credit
Excess Credit Fee (50 percent Excess Credit Fee on the per-credit registration fee shall be charged to a student who has accrued attempted credits equal to 150 percent of the credits required for the student's program of study.) $75.88 per credit

Special Course Fee and/or Lab fees (Please refer to the College Catalog) varies. Distance Education Fee applies to students who take online and hybrid classes. The New Student Fee is a one-time fee for students who first apply to the college. Differential fee is an additional registration fee for all students enrolled in nursing courses. Excess Credit Fee is a per-credit registration fee that will be charged to a student who has attempted credits equal to 150 percent of the credits required for the student's program of study. Non-Resident Tuition and Fees

Non-resident tuition and fees are an additional fee to the tuition and mandatory fees and are charged to students whose primary residence is another state.


Full-time non-resident tuition for students enrolled to 7 or more credits $5,779.00 per semester
Part-time non-resident tuition for students enrolled in fewer than 7 credits $167.00 per credit
WUE tuition (includes students in Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming) for an additional $75.88 per credit.
Distance Tuition Rate (Assessed only to non-resident students who are residing outside of Nevada during the semester in which enrollment in the distance education course(s) occurs.) $76.00 per credit

**Please note that other enrollment fees do not apply to all students, they are in addition to the tuition and mandatory fees and are charged to students whose primary residence is another state.

Rn to bsn online program fees

All other fees are not applicable to students in this program. The rates listed below are all inclusive.

Admissions Application Fees are applied to all students who apply to the college, they must be paid even if an individual chooses not to attend the college. Graduations fees can change accordingly, depending on the anticipated graduation date (even after being posted). Payment plan fees are applied to all charges each semester, they are a non-refundable fee that will be charged to the first payment plan installment.

Note: Fees, tuition and other charges subject to change without further notice. Notwithstanding currently posted tuition and fees, all fees, tuition or other charges which students are required to pay each semester are subject to increase by action of the Board of Regents at any time before the commencement of classes (primarily due to budgetary shortfalls). The amount you are charged at the time of registration is not a final bill and may be increased. You will receive a supplemental invoice for any additional amounts which the Board of Regents may impose. Fee changes put in place less than 30 days before commencement of classes will not be subject to late fee penalties.
