Services

From day-to-day maintenance to reserving space for campus events to security, the Office of Facilities Management & Planning provides a number of services to the campus community.

Maintenance

Maintenance is defined as a systematic day-to-day process to control deterioration and provide for the basic operation of the College's physical facilities. These services are provided by Facilities through the General Fund budget allocation and are accomplished by utilizing specific task and frequency schedules, responding to service requests from campus departments, and through periodic inspection and correction efforts.

Some typical maintenance request would include:

  • Broken sprinkler heads
  • Lock repair
  • Emergency clean ups
  • Bulbs / Lights not working
  • Heating: Too cold, Too hot
  • Air conditioning: Too cold, too hot

Security
