NSC begins new school year with record numbers, measurable growth
The beginning of the 2014-15 school year marks Nevada State College's12th year in existence. While the college began as a small group of 177 students, it has evolved into a campus of more than 3400 students, set on 500 acres of land.
Nevada State College welcomes first Fulbright Scholar-in-Residence
August 2014 marks a historic occasion for NSC history students: this month the college welcomed Dr. Eduardo De Mesa as NSC's first ever Fulbright Scholar-in-Residence. Dr. De Mesa will teach courses on both medieval culture and his specialty, early modern European history.
NSC demonstrates continued commitment to diversity
