Employer Portal

One of the most important tasks for the Career Services Center is to connect our campus to employers in the Las Vegas valley and beyond. This includes: full-time jobs, part-time jobs, and internships.

Our Scorpion CareerLink web portal will act as the mechanism to allow your company to post jobs on our campus and see student/alumni resumes that are submitted to the system.

Nevada State College is an equal opportunity, affirmative action institution. NSC expects all employers to adhere to the Employer Professional Conduct and Guidelines as outlined by the National Association of College and Employers (NACE). To read the guidelines in full, please visit: http://www.naceweb.org/principles/#employment

Full-time Opportunities

Our new graduates and alumni invest in their education in order to find full-time employment and contribute back to their community. If you have a full-time job opportunity, please connect with us to post it.

Part-time Opportunities

Many of our students do seek work while attending college, so part-time employment and even seasonal employment opportunities are welcome!

Internships are critical to students, especially in their Junior and Senior years. Nevada State College welcomes internship opportunities, and we are happy to share them with our campus.

It is the responsibility of all employers offering internships to adhere to the United States Fair Labor Standards Act. The Nevada State College Career Services Center does not review, assess or certify hourly wage or pay standards for employers and their positions. Please consult with your own HR division or legal counsel. For more information regarding FLSA and your company or specific opportunity, please visit http://www.dol.gov/whd/regs/compliance/whdfs71.htm

Information Sessions

As our students return to campus and settle into their semester, employers are welcome to request information sessions in order to connect with our campus.
