Student Information

As a graduating student, you may have a lot of questions about preparing for and attending Commencement. You can find everything you need to know here!

The deadline to RSVP to attend commencement was May 5.

We understand the challenges associated with in-person events and want all graduates and guests to feel comfortable. All graduates, regardless of their intention to participate in-person, will have their name read and grad slide displayed at their assigned ceremony. Those unable to attend in-person will have the option to view the livestream of their ceremony.

Based on Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidance, individuals who have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 are no longer required to wear a face covering while inside buildings. For individuals who have not fully received a COVID-19 vaccine, wearing a face covering remains mandatory under the law. Even if fully vaccinated, face coverings are an additional tool to limit transmission of COVID-19 and vaccinated individuals may also wish to wear a face covering inside the building.

Tickets are no longer required for the event. Seating for guests will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Contact the Disability Resource Center (DRC) at (702) 992- 2180 or to arrange accommodations for any attendees requiring an accommodation, and for special seating for those who may need sign language interpreters.
