- Provide oversight of all HR-related initiatives and operations including: personnel transactions, talent acquisition & retention, compensation, classification, organizational development and effectiveness, employee relations, benefits, HRIS/Workday, training and development, EEO/AA programs, Title IX, and disability compliance.
