Melanie Emerson Bradle M.A. CCC is the Clinic Director of Speech-Language Pathology at Nevada State College. She earned her Master of Arts in communication sciences and disorders at the University of Cincinnati. She has worked in clinical and administrative positions for 30 years at Rehabilitation Centers, Long Term Acute Care Hospitals , Acute Care Hospitals, Nursing Care Centers and Home Health Care. Her experience and interests include adult communication and swallowing intervention for tracheotomy /ventilator and neurogenic patients, Fibrosis prevention and care for patients who are being treated with chemotherapy and/or radiation for head and neck cancer , and communication and swallowing intervention for people with Parkinson’s disease.
