Rikki Gaddy

I studied Health Science with a concentration in Disability and Rehabilitation at Indiana University Purdue University – Indianapolis (IUPUI). It was here that I also began my exploration into Academic Support in Higher Ed. I worked as an Academic Success Coach, helping students with study skills and goal setting, eventually moving to train other coaches and mentor them in their positions. After realizing my passion for academic support, I was drawn to Nevada State College because of a friend/former boss and found myself moving across the country to follow my passions.

I enjoy helping Nevada State students develop professionally and personally and showing them that within academic support, rapport building and interpersonal relationships are essential. In my spare time, I enjoy watching The Office, writing, and exploring my neighborhood with my dog.
