Nevada State College is excited to be able to announce Nicole A. Norian as the college’s first Director of Human Resources. Ms. Norian comes to us with 23 years of Human Resources experience in higher education and government. Most recently, she’s spent seven years as the Director of Human Resources for Johnson County in Kansas. Prior to that she led an award-winning Human Resources team at Central Missouri State University. Her expertise and interests include the Fair Labor Standards Act and conducting training. In her own words, she is excited about coming to Nevada State College because of the feeling of walking across campus alive with student activities and the collegial environment and culture based upon and permeated with learning, openness and collaboration
