Be bold. Be great. Be State.
As we return from the relaxing time of Spring Break, it's important for students to find activities that help balance the stresses of school. Nursing student Joey Falcone has done just that by incorporating running into his routine. Passionate about the sport, Joey uses running as a way to ...clear his mind and manage the pressures that come with being a nursing student.
βRunning has been a game-changer for me,β says Joey. βIt helps me process my emotions and clear my mind, which is so important with the demanding schedule of nursing school. When I run, I feel like I can breathe easier and think more clearly. Itβs my way to recharge and handle stress in a positive way."
Joey encourages students to find activities that help them stay balanced and clear-headed. βNursing school can be tough, but finding something that helps you unwind is key. Running has helped me a lot, and I highly recommend finding something that works for you!β
